The company’s manufacturing and service procedures comply with the stringent requirements of ISO 9001;2008. Rigorous quality procedures in excess of industry practice ensure customers receive products they can rely on. This gives customers the security that their end product will not suffer due to poor adhesive quality.
 
In order to back up our quality assurances, Chemique has laboratory facilities and staff able to test both our products and end products to a wide range of criteria. Potential stresses encountered during use are simulated as closely as possible in order to satisfy both customer confidence and industry standards where required.
 
All Chemique products go through rigorous Quality Tests to guarantee customers obtain superior quality products. Once the product is passed, it is labelled with a ‘QC Passed Label’ in order to notify the customer that the product meets all the specific requirements.
 
Tailor-made Solutions
 
Our fully trained technical staff will visit customers on-site in order to familiarise themselves with existing production processes. Based on this, we are able to recommend the most effective formulation of adhesive or sealant. This may be one of our existing formulations or it may be necessary to create a specific product for the process. 
 
Full Technical Support
 
Chemique’s fully trained technical staff offer on-going technical support as well as advice on improving the efficiency of the bonding process. They can also give guidance on any related Health and Safety issues
 
Demonstrations and Samples
 
We offer demonstrations and samples of the adhesives so that customers can be sure that the products meet all of their requirements before they order.
 
Comprehensive Training
 
Full training is provided on the products and application equipment ensuring a smooth and successful implementation of new technology.
 
After Sales Service
 
We provide full after sales support to ensure that all products and equipment are working to specification.
